Termination: We may suspend your account if Terms are violated.
KYC: PAN, Aadhaar, mobile, and other details may be required as per SEBI norms.

7. MITC as per SEBI Regulations

Services are informational and non-guaranteed.
Offered by SEBI-registered analysts.
No assured returns.
Investments are at user’s own risk.
Adherence to SEBI Code of Conduct.
Records maintained as per Regulation 25.
No insider trading by employees.
Past performance (if disclosed) available on the Platform.

8. User Covenants

Authorize data sharing with affiliates only for service delivery.
Take full responsibility for investment decisions.
Do not copy proprietary research.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including reports, logos, videos, and software, is proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any investment losses.
We are not responsible for service disruptions or unauthorized account access.

11. Privacy Policy

Data is managed per our Privacy Policy. Continued use indicates your consent.

12. Termination of Services

We may restrict or terminate access without prior notice if Terms or regulations are violated.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be handled by courts in New Delhi.
